Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CustomizeGoodies, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in our policies. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return, replacement, or cancellation request.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to return your product within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The parcel remains unopened.

  • The product is in its original packaging and unused.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Product Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we require proper proof of unboxing, showing the product with company packaging and seal intact. Without this proof, we will not be able to process a replacement.

In special cases, we reserve the full right to decline the replacement request based on our discretion.

Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel a COD (Cash on Delivery) order, 10% of the order amount will be deducted from the refund, as this was paid at the time of order placement.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, and you will be required to accept the delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and we receive the product, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • The refunded amount should reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
