At CustomizeGoodies, we ensure that your orders are delivered securely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Areas

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the location.

  • Delivery Coverage: We ship across most regions in India, but we do NOT deliver to the Seven Sisters region (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura) and  Andaman and Nicobar.

3. Shipping Cost & COD Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Free priority shipping is available for all prepaid orders.

  • COD Orders:

    • COD is available but requires a 10% security deposit of the total bill amount at the time of order placement.

    • This deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch.

    • Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be canceled or returned without a valid reason.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Issues with Delivery

  • Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen factors such as weather, courier delays, or logistical challenges may cause delays.

  • Incorrect Address: Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.
